Delivery, returns
& the details.

Start with an availability enquiry. MacVault confirms the item, final price and delivery details before you decide to buy. Confirmed items may then be paid through secure online checkout or the payment instructions supplied by MacVault.

How ordering works.

Guide prices help you shortlist. MacVault confirms the exact item and the final details before you decide to buy.

  1. 01
    Save your selection

Choose the exact model, finish, storage and condition, then add it to your basket.

  2. 02
    Ask MacVault to confirm

Send an availability enquiry. MacVault confirms the item, price, condition, warranty, included items and delivery. This does not reserve stock, place an order or take payment.

  3. 03
    Choose whether to buy

Review the confirmed details and the supplied payment instructions. Online checkout is offered only for confirmed, available items.

Delivery, made clear.

We use trusted parcel services for tracked delivery. The carrier and service for your order are confirmed in your dispatch email.

  • DHL
  • Parcelforce
  • DPD

Carrier names are shown to indicate delivery services MacVault may use. The carrier selected for a particular parcel can vary by destination, parcel size and service availability. MacVault is independent of these delivery companies.

Before dispatch

An availability enquiry does not place an order or reserve stock. MacVault first confirms the exact item and the applicable delivery details. Your order confirmation records the agreed purchase after you choose to proceed.

Tracking your parcel

When your order leaves us, we’ll send dispatch details and tracking information when the carrier provides it. Please use the carrier’s tracking page for live updates and delivery preferences.

Delivery dates

MacVault confirms the applicable delivery charge and estimated delivery date before you commit to a purchase. If no different date is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.

Something went wrong?

If tracking stalls, a parcel arrives damaged, or you need to change an address, contact MacVault as soon as possible and include your order number. Keep the packaging and take photos of any damage.

A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed appointment unless expressly agreed. If we learn that an order cannot be delivered as agreed, we’ll contact you with the available options.

Returns & refunds.

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. This summary explains the usual online cancellation process and your statutory rights.

Changed your mind?

For most online purchases, you can tell us you want to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. You do not need to give a reason.

How to start a return

Contact MacVault with your order number and say whether you are cancelling the order or reporting a fault. We’ll provide return instructions. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage until the return is resolved.

Refund timing

For a cancellation, we refund within 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. We refund the standard delivery charge; any extra paid for an upgraded delivery option is not included.

Condition on return

You may handle goods as you would in a shop to check their nature and characteristics. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that. Please include supplied accessories and packaging where possible.

Faulty or not as described

Your statutory rights continue to apply. Depending on the circumstances and timing, remedies can include a repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue.

Pre-orders

Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates unless a specific date is expressly agreed. If a significant delay or change affects your order, we’ll contact you. Your cancellation and statutory rights still apply.

This page does not limit any consumer rights you have under UK law. Some exceptions to the usual cancellation right may apply in specific circumstances; we’ll explain any relevant exception before you place an order.

Terms & conditions.

These terms apply to purchases made through the MacVault storefront by consumers in the United Kingdom.

1. Products and listings

We aim to describe each product, configuration, condition and included item accurately. Product images are illustrative; finishes can look different across screens. Any material difference will be explained before you order.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges and any available payment methods are shown before you confirm and pay. A displayed comparison or target price is not a promise of stock or availability.

3. Orders and availability

Your order request is subject to stock and payment checks. We’ll confirm acceptance and the contract details by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we’ll contact you and refund any payment taken for it.

4. Delivery and risk

Delivery options, charges and estimates are confirmed before you commit to a purchase. We deliver within the agreed period or, if none is agreed, within the period required by law. Responsibility for goods passes to you when you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession.

5. Returns and statutory rights

Our returns information above explains the standard online cancellation process. It does not replace or reduce your rights for goods that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not meet the contract.

6. Pre-orders

Pre-order products may not yet be available for dispatch. Any anticipated release or delivery timing is an estimate unless we expressly agree a date. We’ll contact you if availability changes materially.

7. Website content

Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. MacVault is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Samsung or the delivery carriers shown on this page.

8. Contact and updates

For order support, use the contact route provided in your order confirmation and include your order number. These terms may be updated for future orders; the version supplied with your order applies to that purchase.
